Canine and feline allergic bronchial-pulmonary disease is characterised by coughing, varying degrees of respiratory distress and is considered a syndrome with several differential diagnoses. As allergic bronchial-pulmonary disease can be a life-long chronic condition that often requires corticosteroids and/or other immune-suppressive therapy, an accurate diagnosis before implementing treatment is warranted.
